The customer service received was excellent. James was very quick to respond to emails and provide helpful information, when one of our cats went missing. Assistance on how to make the Home Station mobile was crucial, ultimately leading us to a garage a few hundred metres away, where our cat had been locked inside for 48 hours. Without this feature, I honestly fear we would not have found him.
I definitely recommend PetTracer and it’s great to know that if anything like this were to happen again, there is a way of tracking down the collar’s location, even without GPS.
