We rented a car with a baby seat at Pisa airport with ECH and had great experience. The car was new. The baby seat was new and with Isofix. Pick up and return was really easy. Just make sure to have a credit card on your name. All rentals require this nowadays!

Super nice experience. I ordered poefs for the baby room and they are super cute and of great quality.
The customer service is also fast and friendly.
