I was a customer for more than 2 years but the quality has gone all bad. I wanted to cancel my subscription but then charged me anyways. Would give 0 ratings. They used to respond to inquiries before but now they don't care. NEVER AGAIN!!

You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription anytime through the transactions page of your account. If you cancel during your subscription period, you will continue to have unlimited access to Educative courses until the end of your current subscription period. Although we do not issue refunds for cancellations, rest assured, your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.
