They have taken full payment but never delivered a completed website and are refusing to grant access to the WordPress dashboard, preventing another developer from moving and finishing the site.

When asked whether they were genuinely a USA company based in San Jose, California, or an overseas company based in India, they reacted with indignation and hostility. Meanwhile, they have received full payment for development and three years of hosting but have delivered nothing in eight months.
