Charged durint 7-day free trial and Customer Service Bot
Customer service is just a AI bot and they already written of a monthly subscription fee while I only signed up for a 7-day free trial.

Cancelation not possible and Bad Return policy
I used a gift card but after entering the gift card it automatically checked out and I wasn't able to add anything to my order.
I directly contacted them but the order was not possible to cancel after direct placement. Ended up placing another order and paying for the shipping fee...
Now I would like to return it and I have to pay and fix the shipping label by myself.
Really uncomfortable process to go through....
