If there was zero i would have selected. TOTAL SCAM scheme to rip off landlords. They charge potential tenants at time they request to book for their requested time. If a landlord then approves the request but to stay for a shorter period of time they will not pay the rent to the landlord but they Withhold the rent charged to the tenant and supposely being for the landlord for 'verification' reasons for indefinite period. they try to charge commission upfront on the lenght of time requested / expected by the potential tenant (1 year+), rather than the actual time the landlord agreed to take the tenant for (a few months) or the actual number of months the tenant eventually pay during his stay. Basically they overcharge and do this upfront and it ends up becoming even more expensive than AIRBNB fees or other platform for no security whatsoever. For landlords there is also the prohlem that the platform has attracted many scammers acting as fake tenants registered in this platform, as they can claim their money back after they stay, leaving landlords with free staying guests / tenants. not recommended. Very negative experience. By the way, they are not regulated in any country so you cant even complain against them or report them to any authorities.

You pay the membership monthly with credit card but they send you a check for cash back. Total nonsense. Takes too much time to request the cash back, wait for a cheque and havng to go to the bank to cash it or lodge it. Waste of time. Not worth it.

if there was zero, i think they deserve zero. total scam, they offer a BEST PRICE GUARANTEE just to trick customers into booking into their higher rates than all online agencies like AGODA or TRIP or SKYSCANNER. their price are even 20 or 30% higher than agencies, and when you claim they find nasty excuses not to answer you letting the booking lapse or pass over the check in time, or in you insist and chase them thy find excuses to tell you that you have incomplete information or the booking is 'different' or they cant see the evidence you submitted! stay away! oh, and their customer service is based somewhere in asia and you need a lot of luck to get an answer over the phone.

Not even 1 STAR it deserves! First time order. Got charged basically full price for items that are worth nothing. This is their concept of SURPRISE BAG. Be careful. It is a SCAM. Their idea is that you pay to throw them yourself. What a joke. Also don't believe in any of the descriptions, you really get very little food and most of it you would never pay for it anyway. Big disappointment. Will only use OLIO next time, much more serious and reliable. I can't believe they are allowed to get away this robbing people in the name of 'reduce food waste'. I was supposed to get meat fish cakes bakery eggs. Only got some fresh ricotta cheese gone bad and some cold turkey meat. If i was buying them fresh i would pay probably less. What a joke. And they refused to refund me but offered a 50% discount on one more. I think some stores use only as a marketing tool to say they are helping reduce waste when in reality they are just charging for baggage which would never be eatable anyway! Hilarious! Bye bye Too True to be Good Food. Will go for OLIO instead!
UPDATE - Contrary to what the company replied to my review below, I answered to them with clear pictures and list of goods received from the supermarket. They never answered back. Also they sent an email offering "the next surprise bag is on us" however this was a fraudulent marketing campaigns as they only offered 1.99 discount on any suprice bag and there are no surprise bags that cost only 1.99. How can this company scam people like this? They also don't show the reviews of the custoemrs transparently so nobody knows how was the real experience. For example i gave a very negative review to the supermarket where i collected a ridicoulus small amount of items, and nothingof what was described in the app. However my review is not shown individually but just an aggregate score which appears to be manufactures to ensure it stay above 4 strano anyway! Ridicoulus!

Percel did not arrive but it showed in their system as delivered. 3 months on and still the issue is 'pending investigation'. I think sellers need to disclose if they use gls so customers can cancel order if they do not wish to proceed with gls delivery service!
