Slow and expensive

Rubbish Internet even though we pay for a good speed. Worse and more expensive than others. I chose it as it had good reviews, wonder why. Struggle to get Prime working on our TV too. Disappointing

Good buying experience

We bought a 2 seater sofa one week ago and would like to thank Lucy and Steve at Leeds, who were nice and helpful. They went smoothly and efficient through the purchasing process. When we left the shop we realised that it was after the closing time but they did not mind about it.

Terrible communication with customers

They are very bad when you subscribe to get free delivery you do not receive any email/text message with the discount code. If you try the online Chat you are telling that you will get an email with the answer... but it is supposed to be a Chat not communication by email! Anyway it seems it takes ages for them to email the answer...They really need to improve this!
