Translation job review 2/3: no issues as this was the exact same layout to the first job done with them (it was a payslip so pretty much the same format, just a different period). Fast turnaround.

It started off with the wrong foot charging in usd without clarifying the currency-AU customers do not know this and it seems like a very fishy, obscure move.
Couple of corrections to make (they translated Bank from Spanish as ‘bench’ - bit awkward) but all in all fast turnaround. Done 3 jobs with them, this is review 1/3

Had a couple of jobs done with them, but when they messed up they did big time. Keep very close attention to the documents they deliver back to you and ensure they have delivered both your original documents and the translation in good order- they don’t seem to have much attention to details which is shocking for a company that does translations for a living. Never again. If I wasn’t a rather sharp person myself they could’ve easily messed up a visa application for a family member. Everyone knows these things are not a joke and a visa refusal is a stain on anyone’s record. Don’t risk it and find someone else who actually pays attention to what you’re saying and treats your job like a priority, because at the end of the day, while they’re working on your case, you should be. Once they close your case, you are left to deal with a bunch of amateurs. Again: not my first rodeo, not my first translator, and yet the only one I would very strongly NOT RECOMMEND.
