Excellent Customer Service
I have been using Armor Tech Ballistic HD screen savers to protect my iPhones for over ten years. This past month, I experienced my first ever screen saver crack for reasons unknown, (Law of Averages). I contacted customer service assistance not knowing how the crack could have occurred, not having dropped my phone. An agent immediately replied suggesting several possibilities, other than a drop, that could have caused the crack. He offered a replacement and directed me to a link which asked name, email, address and “order number” Having purchased this thirteen months prior, I could not locate the order number. I emailed back explaining my problem and included two attachments: a photo of my screen saver box, the skew number information on the box’s lower spine and the closest purchase date I remembered. Hoping for the best, the following day, I was contacted by C.S. Based on that information, they were able to locate the purchase and the order number and were sending me a replacement. Few companies will go that extra mile to promptly resolve and satisfy their customer. The worth of a company’s product is based on its quality and the value their customer service team places on their clients. Well done Tech Armor…
