Solid quality and service
Fast response and very decent delivery time, and thankfully solid tracking. Products are just as nice in hand as in the pictures, if not even better.
The one improvement I'd like to see, as an EU customer, would be tax free prices visible and automated VAT calculation during checkout. Or at the very least this latter item.
