I purchased 2 glasses as a Christmas gift as a cost of $50 per glass! The quality of the glasses is rubbish and they are tiny. My guess is they cost less than an IKEA glass to produce.
Whilst they agree to refund they are refusing to cover return postage which is clearly advertised as being included on their website.
Postage to China is expensive ie $38 but I will never use them, would never gift them so return them I have.
They are a scam! Nothing about their product is handmade and not in Japan or Switzerland, it is crap mass produced cheaply in China.
Do yourself a favour and buy a quality Riedel glass.
