Disappointing Experience
I trie to research my family tree, but the search function is cumbersome and slow. The new family tree format is unattractive and inaccurate regarding locations. I won't be renewing my subscription.

When it comes to locations in your tree, if you're finding locations appearing inaccurately in certain sections of our site, a good way to resolve this would be by making sure that the locations you enter in your tree follows the format of "City, State, Country" and selecting the appropriate place from the drop-down that appears. Not including commas or a country can impact how locations display in certain features.
