The ONLY spider killer that works

The ONLY spider killer that works. I have been repurchasing these products ever since I was referred by a neighbour.

I had an issue ordering online today, contacted customer service, I was advised to give them a call. I spoke with Trish, incredibly helpful, order made, advised I will receive my order tomorrow.

Fantastic service and great products.

Filthy property! Black mould!

It seems the stellar reputation stay cotswolds once had is a thing of the past.

Post office cottage was filthy and had hazardous black mould present and untreated.

When we contacted Stay Cotswolds, they denied any responsibility, claiming they were merely an "agent" and that our contract was directly with the property owner. The owner, in turn, refused to provide us with any refund or even an apology, despite us leaving the property.

We have notified the local parish council and trading standards and we will continue to pursue our money back by any means necessary.

Stay Cotswolds has demonstrated a complete lack of care for guest safety and comfort, and the property owner seems uninterested in addressing serious health concerns. Both parties have shirked their responsibilities, and we have been left without a refund for a property that was unfit for purpose.

I am deeply disappointed by the way this situation has been handled and would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Stay Cotswolds to think twice. The lack of accountability and concern for guest welfare is unacceptable. The negative reviews speak for themselves. Glorified Airbnb without the customer care.

Daniel, as previously confirmed, you sadly chose to vacate the property early before raising any issues to the property manager. As part of the booking conditions that you agreed to when placing your booking, we confirm that 'property owners will aim to do everything reasonably possible to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay at their property. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions things can go wrong, and as the contract for your booking is between you and the owner, any problems should be reported to them or their property manager immediately and during the course of your stay. Giving the owner or their appointed housekeeper the opportunity to rectify an issue as quickly as possible is essential. Please note that any complaints raised after your stay at the property has ended will not result in any form of compensation.’ StayCotswold is a marketing agency, and we sadly do not own or maintain this property; therefore, any requests for compensation or refunds have to be authorised by the property owner, who on this occasion chose to adhere to the booking conditions and decline your request. Booking conditions are put in place to protect both the guest and the property owner; the terms are available for all parties to read at any time on our website. We are sorry that the property was not as you expected and we can confirm that your feedback has been passed on to the property manager for them to review implement any appropriate actions for the benefit of future guests.
