Very poor billing and customer service

I've been a customer of this company for over 2 years and in those two years I've had nothing but problems with their billing practices and their subsequent follow-up from their customer service team. The latest fiasco occurred when they raised their prices by over 50% on January 1st without directly notifying me and without having any signage at the car wash location.

They basically eliminated the base plan that I was in and created a new bottom tier called Diamond but at a cost of over 50% of my previous plan.

I called the customer service team and they said "well your previous plan was just soap and water and that's why we upgraded you". So basically I was being ripped off before for just soap and water...

Booked Angi for 6 hours and they only worked for 3 hours

My experience is based on three handyman projects booked with Angi. On all three occasions the handyman worked only for a portion of the time that I paid for. They all seemed to have the impression that they would only work on a particular project or projects and not for the time that I booked them. My first experience was booking 6 hours for a handyman project and the handyman only worked for 3 hours. In two subsequent bookings the same situation happened to a lesser extent but still I was shorted by several hours. I think what's happening is that Angi is paying these handyman such a low rate and keeping way too much for themselves and when they show up they think they can get away with just working on whatever project you can give them at the very beginning as opposed to the full hours that were booked and paid for.

Contacted Angi, as requested in their note to me below, and no resolution was arrived at. The number they gave me was for their general support line. I had already called that. Very frustrating....
