Very poor billing and customer service
I've been a customer of this company for over 2 years and in those two years I've had nothing but problems with their billing practices and their subsequent follow-up from their customer service team. The latest fiasco occurred when they raised their prices by over 50% on January 1st without directly notifying me and without having any signage at the car wash location.
They basically eliminated the base plan that I was in and created a new bottom tier called Diamond but at a cost of over 50% of my previous plan.
I called the customer service team and they said "well your previous plan was just soap and water and that's why we upgraded you". So basically I was being ripped off before for just soap and water...
