The akoya pearl bracelet that I purchased is absolutely beautiful. Price, craftmanship, packaging, presentation and shipping were excellent and timely. I rated my experience a 4 star; only because the original description stated that this particular bracelet came with a standard 14kt gold clasp. I contacted the Pearl Source to confirm my order and the standard clasp as 14kt gold. They advised nolonger shipping 14kt gold finese clasp as standard, due to the increased price of gold and would correct their online spec. I requested they honor their printed add for the 14kt gold clasp; however, their manager declined. The Pearl Source changed its online spec, accordingly.
