We arrived at Sydney airport in plenty of time with all documents in order and already having checked in. The Qantas system refused to recognise this and we were forced to to wait and go through the whole check in process again manually. The staff were generally rude and unhelpful with one exception. Don’t fly from here unless you have time on your hands and are prepared to experience chaos of the highest order.
