Review of Avis
Siena Italy. I was given a damaged vehicle. I took pictures, video and tried to document it on the contract. The agent ripped it up. I have a video of that too.
I even took the car in the day before drop off to show the video to Perugia Airport and he assured me all was fine, and updated the information. Sure enough, as with all the other reviews, I was charged for damage. Avis is now 'dealing with it'.

Despite multiple requests over years of asking why my response rate shows as 67%, they keep giving me no resolution. I’ve done everything they’ve suggested and have asked them so many times. Also, I’m in a HE on GP right now (second on this trip, first was fantastic) and sent an email, as the SOS option wasn’t working. NO RESPONSE.
I’m at 15 year member with over 12 exchanges including several GP and I have excellent reviews.

I found their responsiveness incredible over the Xmas holidays, and then, the integrity of this company. I was willing to pay them as I got my money from the airline but they told me they were still pulling together the claim but hadn’t yet submitted the claim, so I just got a rare airline review. No fee required.
