Terrible customer service or best say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Been trying for 3 days to get hold of someone and no phones are answered. Why say you have a customer service number when you don’t answer your calls?
For the prices you charge surely you can afford to do more? Just TERRIBLE!!!

Fraud. Ordered item 21days ago. Still not dispatched and refuse to cancel order. To do this on the website they will charge £20

Fraud and Terrible, the most awful customer experience so not buy. I ordered the item and it never got delivered. Refused to issue refund after several attempts to email their customer support to cancel order and never replied. eventually I had to call my credit card and ask them to claw the money back.
When I cancelled order on the website they charged me £20 for cancellation even though this was not my fault and the item was never dispatched. I ordered the item 21 days ago.
