I did my research and decided to start taking this 9 months ago. IMO Shilajit is an essential supplement for overall health. My results with higher energy and brain clarity was immediate. Over these months my anxiety has decreased substantially which has given me new life. My blood pressure has also decreased. I couldn’t be happier with this product. Highly recommend.
