Hard to belive. I have tried to get the Sim Card since 2 weeks ago. The people who attend the phone literally dont know how to get the card delivered. They tell you to confirm with a new agent and then hang up the phone, or they deliver you the card and then cancel that card because the delivery company says it couldnt be delivered.
