The piano does not make a piano sound
The piano does not make a piano sound. It sounds like a horror film. Absolutely disgusting. Extremely disappointed as it looks so beautiful.

Hello Lara, we are sorry you did not like the piano sound, we did exchange a few emails with you to try and understand if there could be a possible fault with the product and asked for a video of the piano to be able to send to our supplier and see if there was a fault and how to fix it and then send a refund if there was a problem with it, but unfortunately we never received the video or any more emails from you, so we assume the problem has been resolved.
