Extra £164 charge on card with no refund! Avoid!!

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses to pick up in store, both were supposed to be there that day but had to wait nearly a week for the second pair to be ready to be picked up with no information given as to why this was the case. Ontop of this my credit card was charged an extra £164.50 as a separate transaction to the over £500 I had already spent without me ever buying anything else off them! Trying to speak to customer service about it is an absolute joke just go round in circles saying it's being investigated internally but not doing anything. Can't give me a reason for why I've been charged twice for a random amount, seems suspicious and shady. Currently no closer to getting the money back that they've essentially stolen from my bank account, awful company avoid like the plague

Avoid buying directly from this company

I've completed the online questionnaire 5 times now and still had no reply in a week! Not even an acknowledgement of the completion of the form, my house has a pretty bad damp problem and mould too and have a 20L dehumidifier (PB-08-UK, 24040115) that has since last week had a recurring problem that after it's been running for over an hour it seems to overheat or something and trips the RCD fuse for my house cutting off all electricity. This has led to full fridge freezer worth of food needing to be binned from my house!
I have tried changing the fuse in the plug, put the dehumidifier in multiple different locations all with the same outcome. I have seen another review stating that the air blowing from one side of the dehumidifier is much warmer than the other so this seems to be a common issue which develops further into what has happened with mine. I did not feel safe leaving this appliance on overnight or whilst not in the house, defeating the point of a dehumidifier really.

I initially wanted to return this product for a replacement of the same type but now due to this awful customer service I require a full refund for this now. I've had to go out and purchase a new dehumidifier to use whilst waiting for a reply from them so I'm £160 down right before Christmas.
Ironically the replacement I purchased from logik is cheaper, quieter and more efficient so costs less to run.
