Utterly reprehensible the way they behave. Good housing left for ruin. Called multiple times to inform them of issues at address in Hertfordshire but now the unoccupied house has been left to decay.

Terrible company. Sold me an expensive phone that clearly didn’t work and refused refund or replacement. Wouldn’t go near this company. Big risk you will be hundreds of pounds out of pocket.
