Ordered two items at the same time, a pendant and earrings. They were shipped separately (to EU) and *neither* arrived.
There was also a customs charge I didn't expect. I paid that and now I'm trying to arrange a refund of this as well.
I was refunded for the items but that's not good enough to give them a second chance, perhaps if even one item had showed up I might have.
The pendant was a birthday present and cost €100, so this was a rubbish experience all round.

I recently bought rings from Regal Rose - they're beautifully made and look even better than I expected! Arrived very quickly, too.
Sizing is odd - I think most people would rather the standard format were used, but the tip to go up a size for wider rings was useful and both rings fit perfectly! (thumb, ring finger)

Straightforward checkout process for 3 paving stones because I wanted to add more after my previous purchase of 6 during the summer.
Both sets of purchases were very well packed, dispatched and arrived very quickly.
Minor quibble: several emails because I had left the items in the cart for a couple of days. Just a pet hate of mine, everyone else probably won't mind!
