I was sent the wrong part even after giving them the vin number
Was very busy and missed the deadline to return it by two days. My fault
I own it now.
And they can’t get me the proper one
I will still use them in the future.
One bad experience isn’t going to make me stop using them.
The product showed up on time and in great condition

Small hurdle to overcome but was satisfied with the part.
Had trouble getting the part shipped out because the billing address didn’t match the shipping address.
Billing address is corporate
Corporate isn’t going to repair the truck
