Excellent quality mirror; a couple of minor service issues though

Excellent quality mirror and really quick service.

Only a couple of minor things:

During the online payment, it offered a discount for using the "super" payment service - you don't get a discount on your order, you get a potential discount on potential purchases in the future. You do, however, get a load of spam from "Super".

The delivery is "kerbside delivery". The driver was most put out that I wanted him to help me carry the mirror inside the building. The mirror had no protective covering at all so was at risk of damage until it came to its final resting place.

Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad. They were unable to find the address (we've never had that before) and then had to go looking for them. They were not the brightest of people. Then the delivery team would not take the bed and mattress to the correct floor but then suggested that if we paid them more money in cash that they could. The company did refund us the £10 delivery charge.
