Pretty disappointing finish
Although we would have loved to have given a 5 star review Kierran sadly let himself and the team down. Getting the works that were agreed and standard snagging finished was v.hard work at the end. We were also meant to be given a 2 year guarantee which has not been provided and we have been left with two badly damaged walls and a radiator that is not working properly/at all. Kierran told us they couldn't come back till June 2025 to sort! and we were given a £50 refund.. Pretty disappointing and sad

I want to clarify that the snagging list took longer than expected because we were completing several extra tasks for you at no additional cost, as we like to go the extra mile for our clients. In the end, we completed all the requested items, but we didn’t have enough time to fill and sand a small area on the walls outside of the WC.
As for the condition of the walls, they are not badly damaged. A small amount of filler and sanding will suffice to address the issue, which is why we opted to refund you more than what it costs to rectify the situation.
I also want to mention that, while we appreciate open communication, the volume of messages we received—especially during late hours and weekends—made it challenging for us to focus on completing the remaining tasks promptly.
Regarding the warranty, it was originally provided for your initial quote. However, a much cheaper quote was agreed upon via WhatsApp, and this revised quote did not include a warranty due to the significant price reduction.
Additionally, I’d like to clarify that we never stated we would return in June 2025 to bleed your radiator. We can rectify this problem as soon as possible and would be happy to discuss a timeline that works for you.
