The online county court is such a BIG JOKE! They give you a number which I have called of 20 times and sometimes it will cut me off straight away and other times will allow be to choose an option and cut me off straight away or cut me off after I have been holding for 20-30 mins! This is meant to be a GOV site what a joke they are completely utterly USELESS!!!
Review of Fortrade
I was speaking to Michael Kuburovic to explain some queries to me but he was arrogant and rude. when i asked for complaints no. said he don't know and I can find it myself and hung up. This co is con do not go to them. They have messed my account and when asked for details Michael became rude. I will be going to the Financial Ombudsman about them now

Michael's superiors have confirmed that they have refreshed the procedure for such events and we apologize for the poor communication here.
One of his colleagues reached out to you shortly after to re-explain the stock split that Michael was explaining earlier.
In regards to allegations about being a "con", Michael also inquired during the call if you would be interested in closing down the account that you have had for 4 years yet you refused.
