Damaged mirror installation. The mirror arrived and was installed very dirty. They told me not to touch it for 24 hours. When I did clean it there was a very deep scratch. They were good sending someone to check. However the specialist said the scratch was too deep to correct and taking the mirror down would cause damage to the wall and they cannot take responsibility for the damage. I paid £407 for a scratched mirror! No courtesy or compensation! Definitely NOT Recommended from me.

Came late, and finished 8pm!!
Followed my advice for location of the inside box and corrected a loose hole/wire.
Didn’t take my advice for installing the outside box on a hidden area. Looks messy outside. I will request to come back and correct.
