It started with a thorough initial assessment and realistic objectives were set based on my history. Practitioners then provided me with a detailed plan that included a diet plan and daily yoga sessions. A weekly consultation with a health practitioner was helpful to rewiev and monitor progress. A twined approach of controlled diet and yoga resulted in achieving the objectives and me coming off my anti-acid drug completely. I'm pleased with the outcome and great service.
