Took away VIP coupon

Zula used to be my favorite but they are seriously disappointing and their VIP system sucks. I’m a diamond 1 which I spent lots of money to get there but it doesn’t even matter that I’m a diamond 1. My VIP benefits don’t actually benefit me unless i’m constantly playing. I only get maybe $5 monthly bonus which is pathetic. Crown coins gives you $10 every month for being silver. And now, because I only play sometimes with my little $1 daily bonus because I’m not dumping money into them anymore, they took away my VIP COUPONS!!! PISSED!! Not that they were that great. They were at first but no, Zula you doing it wrong.

I used to love Zula

I used to love Zula. I’m a VIP diamond 1 but in my experience, it’s been disappointing as far as bonuses go. I thought we’re supposed to get weekly bonuses or at least monthly bonuses. I did get a birthday bonus which was decent. But that makes them think they don’t have to give a monthly bonus now, and i’ve spent over $100 in the last week and asked if my account was eligible for free SC which they said nope. Claimed I get bonuses which I just had my birthday so they probably only looked at that. The only time I ever get a monthly bonus is if I spend money and they give me $5 dollars. WHAT A JOKE. i’m a diamond 1 and that doesn’t mean shit.

Unacceptable Redemption Timeframe

please do not spend your money here. thankfully, i ONLY play with all the freebies (only pro) but i’m thinking that those free gifts aren’t even enough to keep dingdingding in my rotation of casinos. their redemption time is absolutely unacceptable and there is no reason for it. when you try and talk to support you get the basic responses and still wait. i’ve read about everyone waiting over a month so i didn’t want to deal with that so i started emailing and chatting asap because i was worried i would be one of those people too. i requested on 2/2/25 and finally got my email of approval 2/10/25 so that’s not too bad but my first redemption was less than a week. it’s now 2/13/25 it’s been over 72 hours and still waiting. when i had my first redemption approved, it was in my account the next day. also they sent an email about the whole one time verification for your first redemption right, and in that email they said “we only verify your information ONCE. your next redemption will be issued automatically”
of course i sent them a screenshot of this and asked why they say that if it’s a lie which they couldn’t answer. honestly the wait time for redemptions makes it not worth playing on dingdingding for me..use cautiously but really we should all stop using dingdingding and either get them out of business or force them to smarten up and redeem us all instantly. they could be #1 if they did that. oh and i can’t stand the dingdingding commercials lol

Got payout check fast but worried it’s fake

I got a promotional message from slips offering $100 for nothing so I am thankful for never actually depositing. I used the $100 credits from their promo and ended up winning $52. Okay, cool. So I requested my winnings on 12/27/2024 and surprisingly on 01/03/2025, I received a check in the mail that came as certified mail. I tried to mobile deposit it because I don’t have a real bank and it wasn’t approved. So I came here and the BBB to read reviews and I can only think that they probably sent me a a fake check. To anyone who actually received their payout check, what was the outcome of your situation?? Does anyone know what I should do with this check because I don’t trust it and Don’t want to bring it somewhere to attempt cashing it. Who should I report this to?

Wow Really

Fitting name for this casino. They just newly added a daily mission challenge, the description is very vague so I wasn’t sure what the reward would be for completing a mission. It would have been nice to know though. I had a mission of 250 SC now was it to spin that much or win a total of that much, don’t know they don’t tell you but I think it was to spin that much and guess what I got? TWO SWEEP COINS. WOW! They really put the WOW in Wow Vegas. What a waste of time and unfair rewards for an unreasonable amount of play. Seriously was disgusted

Horrible christmas promo experience

They have been doing a promotion of 25 days of christmas, giving out a gift everyday. I’ve seen everyone else get free sweep coins or free spins with SC and every single day, I only got gold coins. nobody wants gold coins! some christmas promotion. that’s not fair it should be the same for all players. Dislike this casino!!
