Letting go of the demon that controls me.
I've been a daily, heavy drinker for over 4 decades. I've tried AA and about 6-7 other programs of all kinds. I've been with Thrive for about 4 months now. Quite honestly, I don't know if my end-goal is to stop drinking altogether or to be able to enjoy a cocktail on occassion. But, I'm confident that regardless, I will finally let go of the demon that controls me daily and find a path through life that does not have to be subservient to an addictive, life-damaging toxin.
