Still awaiting delivery

I'm a first time customer and was looking forward to trying products from this company. There was no confirmation of my order and the first I heard from Hodmedods was an email 10 days after placing the order stating there was a delay in delivery due to there being a higher than expected demand for Brazil nut praline. I'm still waiting for notification of an expected delivery date and as yet there has been no response to my email to them. Communication is sadly lacking. It's been two weeks since I placed the order. Very disappointing.

I'm very sorry that you've been waiting so long for your order - please can you let us know the order number so we can look into why it's been held up so long and make sure it's on its way to you as soon as possible if it isn't already? We were behind with dispatching orders after a rush of orders over the Spring Bank Holiday but we've mostly caught up now.

'No Service' becoming the norm

'No Service' for the last five days. Normal to receive this from Friday through to Monday but now it's occurring all week every week . Fobbed off with the excuse it's a large number using the internet that is creating the problem. There is obviously a fault with the mast. It's been the same over the last 18 months. Paying for a service I'm not receiving.
