Qantas is a dreadful airline with terrible customer service

Qantas is a very unreliable airline with terrible customer service, but high costs.

They change their airline times to suit themselves and with little notice. They don't care about their customers at all.

They use Cookies wasting hours of customers' time. As an example, you book an international fare to Australia. You want to link it to a domestic fare and then the domestic airfare price - which you have checked well beforehand - suddenly goes up within 3 minutes of doing the international booking. It is impossible without Cookies.

Winning Lotto has more likelihood than this happening.

Use any other airline, but don't use Qantas unless you have no choice at all. They are very dishonest.

drogerie markt - hair colour possible danger

The issue is a hair colour product from dm-drogerie markt Deutschland.

I bought reell'e EXPERT Tonungs Shampoo, colour macadamia braun (brown).

It says it can be used for brown-dyed hair but not grey hair. Since mine is grey but already dyed brown, I thought it should be ok.

The packet shows dark brown hair on a girl. But when I opened it, the product is pitch black, not at all brown. Not only that but a bit that spilled on the white handbasin turned it almost green. It left a stain on the enamel which I could only get rid of after considerable scrubbing with Jif (cleanser) and a scourer.

dm replied saying there was no issue with the product.

I personally would never risk this product on my hair if it turns enamel green, can't be taken off without a strong cleaner and scourer and it is in reality pitch black, not brown as shown on the packet!

dm did not offer anything if I returned the product, so it will go in the bin, and I won't be using their products again.

In contrast, I found a problem with a Schwarzkopf product and they (now Henkel) offered an apology and another product to compensate - so I will use their products instead.
