First time ordering from Swell and…
First time ordering from Swell and it’ll be the last. I paid £5.99 for next day delivery, order before the 4pm cut off, email received saying order placed/received. The next day I received an email from the courier saying they are awaiting my parcel, well, there’s the next day delivery out of the window. I rang Swell, getting through eventually to be advised to wait as the order may be delivered, how could it, the courier had not received it!
So, I called the next day (Day 3 ) asking for a refund and was told I’ll be refunded the charge for next day delivery.. wahoo. so far so good. (Ish)
Swell have refunded, £2, the difference between standard delivery which is £3.99 and next day, being £5:99. Really Swell, I paid for next day not for several days delivery. Please refund the full amount for next day delivery.
