Decal mishap ends in best case.
We placed an order for the window decal, however we managed to watch the wrong instructions and attempted to install on the inside rather than the outside of the window. In the process, the decal was put on incorrectly. I contacted the shop to see about ordering a replacement. They listened to what happened and helped both with a proper inside decal and a better color choice. The decal arrived quickly and was able to be installed the way we expected. It looks great.
