So far my experience has been terrible. Signed up for the initial period, made my second purchase and attempted to claim my reward. DECLINED, due to the second purchase being made the same day I signed up. Are you kidding me? There was no mention of this whatsoever, only that a second purchase had to be made which I did! Sent a response back that this is simply false advertising and will take it further if I have to. We’ll see what the response is but I’m expecting resistance. So far an absolute scam of a service.

Honestly, there is something wrong with the reliability of their service. Had the opportunity to test Virgin Media and Digiweb at the same time as my contract with Virign was still on by the time I received the router.

VoIP is terrible with Digiweb, I don't know if it's the router or just their connection but constant lagging and robotic voices on the Digiweb network when I'm chatting with friends via Discord. Switched over to my Virgin Media router and instantly the issue went away so I know for a fact it's an issue with Digiweb.

Their idle ping seems to be good but holy mother of christ, download ping and upload ping as well as jitter is terrible. And I'm on their new router 7530AX with Wi-FI 6. Not that it should matter as I'm running an ethernet cable to my setup. However, I saw all of the positive reviews here so I just thought I'd stick with it, surely it would resolve itsefl and god do I wish I just went back to Virgin´Media. Greatest mistake of my life tbh. Don't be fooled by all the positive review, I do not give two cents if their customer service is good or whatever, if you can't get a reliable connection it doesn't matter! Mind you, this issue has been since the start....

If you're a gamer, or if you WFH then I strongly recommend to go with Virgin Media. Fine, their customer service isn't as good but man at least it works...
