Avoid this company

Avoid this company. They will say anything to get you to book flights and come over to there clinic. They don’t do anything they agree to.
Look elsewhere!

Reply from Dentarma Turkey

As we mentioned in our previous response, we never make false promises to our patients, nor do we pressure anyone into treatment. All of our treatment plans and costs are presented with full transparency and clarity before any procedure begins.

It is also evident that this comment is part of a simultaneous smear campaign, which is regrettable and does not reflect the reality of how we operate.

As can be seen from the many genuine reviews shared by our patients, our priority has always been the comfort and satisfaction of those who choose our clinic. We regret that your comment does not reflect the truth, but we remain committed to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Sincerely,
DentArma Team

Dear Scott,

We are truly sorry to read your review and would like to provide clarity on the points you have raised. To make it clearer, we will address your concerns point by point:

*Concern 1: The professor did not carry out the treatment*
Prof. Dr. Emre Şeker is responsible for implant surgeries at our clinic. This has always been communicated to our patients, including yourself, during consultations. Composite bonding, however, is not performed by him but by our specialist doctors, which was explained to you in advance.

*Concern 2: Treatments not completed in one day*
Composite bonding is a detailed treatment requiring 3–4 hours per patient. While it can be completed in a single day for one patient, both you and Shannon underwent full arch bonding, and Shannon also required zirconium crowns. To ensure precision and quality, treatment was spread over multiple days. This was explained during the week by our coordinators. Zirconium crowns require several fittings to ensure both function and aesthetics, hence the multiple visits.

*Concern 3: Additional £740 charge*
The extra cost was not for bonding, which remained at the agreed price. The £740 covered zirconium crowns for the back teeth, recommended for long-term function and aesthetics. These were provided at a heavily discounted rate to minimise the financial impact.

*Concern 4: Cleaning*
Dental scaling and polishing are mandatory steps before bonding. Both of you received scaling and polishing prior to treatment, and final polishing was also carried out at the end of your bonding sessions.

*Concern 5: Gum shield*
Composite bonding packages do not include gum shields. However, after you mentioned teeth grinding, we provided custom-made night guards free of charge to both of you. These were delivered at your check-up appointments.

*Concern 6: Shade and colour of bonding*
You requested a very light shade, and we used the lightest available composite, which you approved before treatment. For even lighter shades, veneers or crowns would be required, which was explained. At every step, you gave approval for both colour and design.

*Concern 7: Impact on excursions*
You left the clinic happy with your treatment and did not raise concerns about excursions. If you had shared your excursion plans with us, we would have adjusted your appointments. You were informed of each appointment time in advance and confirmed them.

We regret seeing a review that does not reflect the reality of your treatment process. Every clinical decision was explained and approved by you before proceeding. Thousands of our patients can confirm that no treatment is carried out without clear consent.

We remain committed to patient satisfaction and are happy to address any concerns directly with you.

Kind regards,
DentArma Team
