They offer 1st class but don’t actually…

They offer 1st class delivery but don’t actually dispatch your order for multiple days and don’t reply to emails. Product is okay but customer service is very poor. Ordered Monday and it’s now Friday with no sign of delivery

Edit: they responded to my email after I left this review and they asked me to delete it for 50% off. Leaving this here as it is a fair review. Never received the 20% off either that I thought I’d get for leaving a review. Now gone elsewhere
