I like the service so far, but im new to this app and have a couple rewards on hold and a couple things haven't tracked for me that should have.so I give them 4 stars. After I finish with customer service and get my missing rewards I will change it to 5*s

Good offers, but the biggest thing is probably their customer service. I won't say it's perfect, and sometime takes a while but In my experience once it's all done they take good care of you. Ive played a lot of these apps and a lot of them when when you experience a glitch you're just screwed. If I had to chance one thing it would be more apps that offer getting paid for your time without having to complete so many tiers beforehand that option.

Just a great site to earn a few bucks. Plenty of good free offer for ligging in each day on many of the games

Scrambly is a great cash app. Easy to use and cash out. If I could change anything it would be for being able to hide offers for games I have already played. It would make it so much easier to just look at offers you can still do. That's not a complaint. Simply a suggestion. Very happy with the app.

Im my experience trustpilot has done well. That give you advice on how to make productive comments. I've found them handy as a place to get my reviews listened to. Also o believe they get the info to the apps so they can make adjustments in there apps. Thanks for you service.

In the end you guys usually get it right and fix whatever the issue is. I admit early on with tapjoy I made a few mistakes that cost me points, but that is a rarity since I understand how it works. I guess my biggest complaint is the going in circles and having to get rejected once or twice before I get my rewards. It's like I have to make it clear I'm not giving up if I know I followed the instructions. Overall I like tapjoy, and the justplay app is one of the better apps out there. I give the hassle lately getting rewards on numerous games a 3*. The app itself and offers I give 4 1/2*s.

Maybe I should be judging my own faults. In a business where the customer is always right and the people who have to serve them have to bite their tongues, these guys do a very good thankless job. These people who i carelessly threw under the bus don't give up!! They are annoyingly kind and thoughtful. They never give up. They just seem to try that much harder to please!

Honestly I've really enjoyed your app more than any others so far. Only reason I gave 4*s instead of 5* is i haven't very little experience so far and am waiting on my first payout.
