No reaction for missing parts
We ordered a cough, that was delivered without the legs, screws and other spare parts. So, we called them 5 days ago and send the pictures. They are just saying `as soon as possible`. When???
We will not buy any other things!!!

Once again our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.
You indeed sent us an email 5 days ago in which you indicated that you were missing some parts. Because these parts must come from our external warehouse in Spain, we asked you for patience while the people in that warehouse were busy looking for the missing parts. Because there is a weekend in between and no one works on the weekend, this may have taken too long for you.
We have now received feedback and the missing parts will be sent from Spain as quickly as possible.
If there is anything else we can do for you, we will be happy to help you.
