I bought my kit through someone I did my training with. I was there when the box was opened and saw everything was perfectly wrapped and protected. However, my gun was showing faults after just 3 uses: loosing tension in the trigger; spray staying on even when trigger wasn’t being squeezed. I contacted Sienna X through Facebook and after sending some videos through, someone called me back and said they would replace the gun and I had it the very next day. The fact I didn’t buy from them using my name didn’t matter as they found the record of the person I bought from. The process was super easy and it didn’t result in my spending any more money to replace a piece of kit when I have just started my business. Amazing service!
