Love the coated jeans & customer service superb

Love the coated jeans. I now have 3 pair.
The tops I have ordered have all been too small
Noli has been so quick and responsive on the returns. They have mailed replacements prior to actually receiving the return. The new items were also expedited and to me within days. I’ve never received this kind of customer service online previously! Can’t say enough

Wrong size shoes in package

Wrong size shoes in package.
I have 8 pairs of HIKE.
Contacted customer service numerous times.
Emily asked me the same questions every time ;even though, I had previously answered the same questions. Didn’t seem to be reading my emails just firing off the standard return answers each time.
I’m not sure I will ever order from Hike again.
I really liked the product obviously since I have so many pairs.

Customer Support Inattentive to Reason Return

Wrong size shoe placed in size 41 bag.
There is no size inside or on the shoe to take a picture of in order for it to be returned.
I have 10 pair of size 41 Hikes. None of them fit like this pair of black shoes that state 41 on the package. I have contacted customer support in a continuous thread four separate times. Each time the thread sounds like the initial contact. The shoes have not been worn. There is no size inside or outside to take a picture for the return as stated in the return procedures. My initial contact is still well within the 30 day period. It’s not my fault that these shoes were not packaged correctly
In the last week a satisfied customer has had a 360 degree turn. I don’t have the time to continue this discussion with customer service support. It is totally exasperating to be sent the same copy and pasted answer each time without further instructions. Obviously my situation does not fit the norm for their return but my email could at least be read before replying the same answer…… I was very thorough. Please read your customer’s complaints and issues prior to responding!!!!!
