10 out of 10 for Future Forests
If I could give Future forests 10 stars I would. I enquired about a few different tropical plants on Monday. Jo replied almost immediately with all the information I needed and more. She even included photos of the plants on her floor to help me with my decisions. I happened to mention I'd be travelling from Limerick on Monday and Jo told me theyre actually closed on Mondays but it was no trouble opening up to let me in to collect! That is an unbelievably kind gesture. In the end I was so happy with Jo's advice and pictures that I ordered online for delivery to my door. Jo rang me the next morning to say she wasnt entirely happy with the condition of one of my plants so she replaced it with a bigger size at no extra cost. I ordered on Tuesday night, my plants arrived safely and perfectly packaged on Thursday morning. I honestly can't decide which is better, the care they clearly give to their plants or the care towards their customers. They have a customer for life in me now. And I'll definitely be making the journey from Limerick to Bantry a lot in 2025. I honestly couldn't believe the amazing experience I've just had with Future Forests and I'm forever grateful.
