Above & beyond the normal experience
Wow! I will try to keep this review brief. This is the 3rd time we called Samantha to purchase tickets. The second time I asked her to price rt tickets to Taiwan. She sensed that we were not going to Taiwan on vacation. She was correct. Before boarding our flight my wife was admitted to the hospital. I called Samantha. She contacted booking and the airline to credit our account. After that, she went above and beyond what a normal agent would do. She maintained communication by asking if everything was okay and how is your wife doing. Today, she still maintains communication. I never met Samantha. She is professional, helpful, sincere, honest, and hardworking. When she says, "Let me check, and I'll get back to you in 30 minutes," she calls you back within 30 minutes. She has earned my respect and admiration. Samantha is our go-to agent. You will not go wrong by contacting Samantha. I receive no compensation for submitting this review.
