Our vehicle checks are a one-off payment and do not require a subscription when using our normal consumer website.

However if you are a business and have signed up to one of our trade platform plans, then this will require a monthly subscription (which can be cancelled at anytime).

Our trade platform is distinctly different to our normal consumer website and is very transparent when signing up to it. It is designed to carry out up to 1000 vehicle checks per month (depending on the plan), and is ultimately designed for traders and businesses.

If you are experiencing a recurring payment, and have not signed up to our trade platform then please let us know. It is unlikely our service Car Reg Checks that is taking this payment, and we might be able to help identify the other provider.

If you have unintentially signed up to our platform and have not consumed any part of the service please let us know and we can arrange cancellation and a refund.
