We engaged Helena Cameron of Oliver & Co, to pursue a claim on behalf of our Dad who was exposed to asbestos during the late 1960’s early 1970’s on building sites in London. At the time of the claim he was living in Ireland. Our Dad lived long enough to receive an interim payment of £50K, and more importantly he passed away knowing that the defendant excepted responsibility for causing his illness. His final award was £192K leaving our Mum comfortable for the rest of her life. Helena ‘held our hands’ all the way through this difficult time and made the process as easy as possible for us.
