They shipped used broken lamp to us, not in original packaging

Item shipped to me was used, either floor model or return. Sold as new, cracked and not shipped in original packaging. Basically threw a used lamp into a generic cardboard box with some tape and shipped it. Customer service wanted me to dispose of it for them, so now I have to fill up our trash container with this broken used lamp. I was trust pilot would provide an area for photos to be uploaded.

2 1/2 years still love it

I found the case for 2 1/2 years now. My daughter has a mous case. We replaced her screen twice once with the 2 foot drop with Mous case. Pitaka case has saved my phone from serious scary drops. Had it broken, I would’ve accepted the responsibility but the Pitaka case did its job. Unlike the Mous case, the aramid fiber is solid through and does not rub off, builds nice patina over time. I haven’t had to deal with their customer service so I can’t say anything about that, but I am very satisfied with the product itself. I wish I would’ve bought my daughter a Pitaka case instead of Mous, but I was gullible watching their adverts. Next case will be Pitaka again.

Poopoo LIMITLESS 5.0 Cracked 2’ drop on flat surface

Poopoo LIMITLESS 5.0.
Aramid Fibre Phone Case
2 foot drop broken screen.
Fell out of pocket when bending down. Fell on flat floor.
I get annoyed every time I see their commercials, full of poopoo I think.

Warranty not being honored customer service not responding

Customer service does not respond unless you make a complaint here about lack of response. The product is fine enough, but we also have new phones with screen protectors from Spigen, I’m not sure one is better. Warranty was honored after complaint here. three stars because they honored the warranty, not five because there’s just no easy way to deal with these guys. Once we update this phone, I’m pretty sure we will be selecting a different company screen protector. Not because others are better, just because I don’t want to reward companies that give me grief.
