Impressive customer service
The bulbs I got are really nice - I wanted brightness in the kitchen and bathrooms, so I ordered 4000 K with a lot of lumens. Watch out for bulb sizes though...because a lot of lumens usually means a larger-than-normal bulb and may not fit in fixtures' globes. One of the biggest bulbs intermittently started blinking out after about 6 months, but lightbulbs.com sent a replacement when I contacted them. I've been impressed with their service. Very dependable company.
