Disappointing.

Really disappointing. I ordered 8 plants in the 3 for 2 offer, so received 12 plants altogether, Lupins, Geums and Verbena. The plants were delivered quickly and well packed. However the Geum and Lupin plants in particular weren’t the size promised. Eg; between 10cm and 20cm and between 20cm and 30cm respectively. One of the Lupins had brown leaves which I removed. When I complained I was told that the plant measurements included the pot. This wasn’t obvious from the website. I planted them all out in the garden and will see how they manage but £83 in my view was way over the top for such tiny plants. I went to a local nursery the day after just so I could try and get something that would give a bit of colour to the garden and bought a lovely big Lupin for less than one of these. My mistake, I’ll stick to my local places in future.

To clarify, the sizes listed on our product pages refer to the total height of the plant, including the pot, and we aim to make this information as clear as possible to support informed purchasing. We understand this may not have been obvious, and we’ll take your feedback on board as we continually look to improve our listings.

As an online retailer, our pricing reflects not only the plants themselves but also additional costs such as packaging and courier delivery—so we appreciate that local garden centres may sometimes offer larger specimens at lower prices. We hope your plants establish well and bring colour to your garden as they grow.

Shocking phone service and customer Service

I’m writing this review on behalf of my 86 year old Father in law who had Voneus installed back in January and still doesn’t have a properly working phone. As he doesn’t have a mobile phone, this is a huge issue for him as his health isn’t good. Numerous phone calls have been made to Voneus customer service with no improved outcome for him, promised engineer visits and return calls that fail to happen. During the last phone call to customer Service he told Voneus he wanted to end the contact as it has been faulty since day 1. He was apparently told in his latest conversation last week that it would cost him £700+ to leave Voneus. Given Voneus haven’t fulfilled their own contract, this has got to be completely unlawful, but it has caused him a huge amount of distress. So now he’s left without a properly working phone and no solution. An appalling way to treat an elderly (or any) customer.

Review of Down Jacket Repair

Excellent service and quality

Very quick delivery after order. Good value with a number of different sized repairs which are easy to stick on and that stay on when you wear your jacket. The patches are quite soft and don’t stand out like sore thumbs. Little instruction sheet with the repairs. All good, would recommend!
